Nice to spend one night in the said property. Nice food nice view overall experience is excellent, near to gondola, market, tourist reception center excellent food the staff is friendly persons, if we discuss overall experience the said property is so nice for family stay, couple. 👍👍👍

Very poor condition of Room. Toilet/ washroom are not clean & maintained. Not to recommend any one to visit this hotel. Staff are cooperative but standard of hotel is below standard. Needs very much improvement.

Good hotel at an accessible location with an awesome mountain view

The hotel is located at a walk able distance from the Gondola ride. There are quite a lot of restaurants and shops nearby as well. The hotel seems quite old, but it is maintained well. The room had a heater, electric blanket and the bathroom had hot water all the time. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel has an in house restaurant which was good and tasty. One disappointment though, was the breakfast which we had included in our booking expecting it to be a buffet, but we were given choice to order from the menu which was mostly toasts and Bread omelets and did not have many options. Like everything in Gulmarg, the room rates were quite high for the facilities at the hotel, but the snow clad mountain view from our room compensated for it.

I stayed with my wife in this hotel for a night on our visit to Gulmarg. The hotel is located in front of taxi stand and just at the entry point to Gondola. The hotel is good with essential facilities required in winter. Best room we got i.e. room no 109 which was covered two side with large glass windows for superb view of the snow-clad mountains at Gulmarg. Room had a wonderful view of the golf course and Shiv Mandir. It was very cold in Gulmarg. Electric blankets provided were sufficient. The food was very good. Specially aloo paratha and Kahwa (must try) in breakfast. The food quality was good. Nothing to complaint about. Staff was helpful and provided us whatever we asked for.

Yemberzal hotel in the main market Gulmarg, is a life saver. Very affordable, freindly staff, has a restaurant. View from the windows is also great. I had a wonderful stay with these guys. Food is great. Hotel amenities are at par with the rates.
