it's in calangute and near to beach and shopping area. Service is good and in budget hotel.. hotel is in centre can reach easily to calangute and baga beach.. They even provide scoobadiving and para gliding package in affordable price.

Disappointing experience with this selection. Sometimes we ignore the few negative reviews against many positive while booking online and that’s a mistake. I can now relate to most of the negative ones available on this website word to word. It’s definitely not clean nor good staying option for goa as read on other reviews. Had booked for 2 nights 2 rooms for family stay. But regret to select this one for the high price against other available. being non refundable cancellation we had no choice but continue to stay. There is nothing great, exceptional or good about this place interiors right from entrance, reception, restaurant, pool areas. The hotel entrance looks like a travel agent or a lodge entrance, is an access through commercial shop on calangute Baga road & no private parking Available. The hotel interiors and the common areas are just basic, old and dirty and a big disappointment if you intend to spend quality time solo or with family at hotel. Service was ok couldn’t expect more than that for the kind. Rooms were clean, interiors are good but no views with adjoining other hotels overlooking. Room blocks entrances are dirty, broken, and non maintained. Worst was the response of the hoteliers on highlighting these complaints who either had lame excuses or blunt denial. It’s indeed shameful when the hotel & MMt has been receiving repeated complaints and reviews there is no improvement. In my opinion the rating should not be more than 2.

Good budget hotel right in the heart of Calangutte Market.Beach is just 10min walk from the hotel. Rooms are very spacious with good wifi connection.Room service was top notch and the food served at the restaurant was tasty.

We booked this hotel on the face value of Make My Trip. We even paid in full before hand trusting Make My Trip. When we reached hotel we found this was not a decent hotel. We can not even call it a hotel, it was more like a PG. The approach to the hotel room was gloomy. To reach the hotel room we had to cross a swimming pool which was located in the middle of the hotel and there was not much walking space between the wall and the pool. The guys in the pool were in there underwear, mind it underwear not swimming costume, drinking beer in the pool. When our ladies crossed the pool they started commenting on them. We complaint to the Management and to our surprise the lady at the reception told us this is normal. They can not ask guests to maintain decency as they come Goa to enjoy only. I have a mail too describing the same statement from them. They asked us to move to one other hotel owned by them only. We agreed to visit and departed from this hotel. The another hotel they were trying to pitch in was very far away from the beach and even there own driver didn't find the hotel. We were roaming here and there in the deserted areas for long with small kids and ladies with no food and water and then we decided to move to another hotel property. We had complaint to MMT as well, but till now no action has been taken to our satisfaction. We are really disappointed by the MMT this time.

I stayed 4 days at Windsor bay hotel in June 19. It was a pleasant stay; I will give full marks for service, food, cleanliness, staff, power backup, hot water availability, location, room size and its view (I stayed in room having swimming pool view). Two days I observed other guests having fun in pool with songs played on high volume speakers, I would expect hotel management to restrict volume of speakers below certain level and ensure comfortable stay for all. Location is great, both Baga and Calangute beaches are nearby. Special thanks to restorent guys and management, who on our request did many helps (we needed this ad we were traveling with kids). Overall great stay, will recommend this to my friends and would love to come back.
