It was amazing hotel reception staff was were so coperative and hospatility was good.breakfast was excellent rooms were neat and clean wifi was good .hotel is safe and secure..next time i will visit this hotel .

I was came for the marriage function. Overall was good. Reception staffs was good and well cooperative. amazing door man given warm laugh welcome. Conference Hall is good but need more lighting in food counter.only one thing is banquet washroom is disaster.full of used napkins in washbasin counter and laying down.only keeping the normal tissue when we are purchasing from the shop atleast keep the tissue holder in washroom.

After moving from the worst hotel ever to the Hotel White Dammar, it was a breath of fresh air. A very welcoming and large reception where I informed Reception that I was a smoker and required a quiet room. It was also a ten minute walk from my CVN Kalari Ayurvedic treatment. My bedroom could have been situated in a five star hotel - large and beautiful. Two bottles of mineral water and coffee and tea replenished each day. Toiletries in the very compact bathroom replenished each day with a hairdryer and shaving facilities. Although close to the main road, my bedroom was noise free except for a cockerel crowing and a couple of cows grazing - bliss. Almost all the staff are from Darjeeling who are so sweet in their disposition and very efficient. The Receptionist went well over and beyond his duties, to make my stay so enjoyable and was ultra efficient. Since it was Onam, a special Kerala celebration, everyone was in a festive mood and ensured transport was always available to transport me to the various events in the city. There were two restaurants, veg and non veg and both were enjoyable. There is a bar serving wine and beer and an events room which was used frequently which can be a little noisy, but what the heck, it is ONAM, cause for celebration! I will certainly stay here again when I next visit.

For the past several years, we have been to this restaurant for a vegetarian lunch. They have the standard thAli, which is very good for the money you pay. Recently, we are on to a-la-carte lunch. The quality of food has been consistently good, but it is a little pricey.

It's the restaurant have both section gound floor serving vegetarian cusines and upper floor for non vegetarian. The restaurant location it's good near to the city but the service it's not quick the waiter come take the orders then Wait for Long minutes to serve then food it's normal get verties cusines but price of the cusines it's too expensive.
