The rooms are spacious, the hotel has a little old and rustic look but still it's ok. There is a roof top swimming pool which is nice and accessible foe kids. The In restaurants serve food and liquor. The food taste is good however I found it to be a little expensive. There is ample parking space and the service of the staff is nice. Overall a decent stay.

Good family hotel . Room is good . No much view outside as such . A small windows and backyard is uncurated hut Ent’s and jungle type . Service is good but room service should cover food while sending to rooms . Presently they send completely open on dishes . At least a foil or shrink wrap cover necessary . Service is good . Breakfast excellent but layout is on a tight place with very less space to pick up . All services are efficient . Overall a decent place to stay with some improvements it can swing the needle a lot .

The hotel name executive doesnt fit,bathroom sink was shaking,toileteries are simple little soap,shampoo satchet n a shower cap.No napkins . The restaurant prices of the thali is exorbitant. Room was clean,ac is central.the safe couldnt be used,fridge was given after we complained. Suggestion is the soap could be replaced by small plastic containers with liquid soap in it so that soaps r not wasted.

Special thanks to Mandar for accommodating us at the last minute and late evening. He was the one who convinced us to stay @ Vrishali Executive. Only because of their service and commitment towards their guest by the team specially by Mandar, we decided of extending the stay. Thanks to Engg team for assisting us with hot water in the bath room late evening. Breakfast was decent. Overall value for money

Pathetic service and cleanliness, Untrained staff - at reception

During our recent stay on 20th Aug 22 it has been noticed that reception staff of night shift is not at all trained and he doesn't even know how to talk to customers. We were actually preferring this hotel for the last 5-6 years and we have never faced such pathetic service. Also, the room which was given 407 was not at all clean, Fan is too dusty and the washrooms have leakages and also uncleaned. The Washroom ceiling was too bad and we have decided henceforth we will never stay in this hotel neither will recommend this hotel to any friends and family. After paying a harden money of more than 4000/- per day such service then better to stay in Star Property.
