In the first half of February, a group of 40 members went on a temple tour with Sai Shishir Travels . Our next stop after Bodh Gaya was the Holy city of Varanasi. We checked in at hotel Vikram Palace, just opposite the central jail. I must say ,I admired the way the General Manager, Mr. Brajesh Kumar Singh handled the large crowd of people. Courteous and smiling, he and his willing staff made sure we had a comfortable stay. Requests for extra towels, tea bags etc were promptly attended to. Some were even consulted on food preferences. It makes a lot of difference when the staff takes good care of guests . Rooms were clean and tidy . We stayed for two nights and it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at hotel Vikram palace. It's good hotel to stay with family feeling. All staff and Gm was good behaviour and copretive. I had amazing food taste specially smoke fish curry. Thank to chef Deepak for your creative food.

I visit Varanasi for business and always make it a point to stay here. Master Chef Deepak prepares delicious food. Manager S Prasad looks after guests very well. The rooms are spic and span, well maintained. The room gives you a nice vibe. Highly recommended!

The location is quite good, clean and quite. The room was very spacious. The staff was very co-operative and guided us in many ways for sight-seeing ! The breakfast arrangement was awesome. Keep it up !

thae hotel lockation is good,staff is too good,as well as cleanness is nice,economic with good facilities,food is costly but good in taste ,room service is good,air condition is centralised and its good ,its good for family stay too
