Check in and check out processes are as slow as tortoise. Basic toipetories needs to be asked. Room bar contents display and actual kept in room never matches. Loud music of roof top disturbs sleep till 2 floors down. However food quality is good with concept of veg and non veg barbeque on the similar lines of Barbeque Nation. Breakfast have multiple options including live counter for dosa, omlette, appan, etc.

Useless hotel. Worst service. Room smelly. I stay at this useless hotel just for 1night. 1. I was check in at 2200hrs but before 0000hrs there was 3times Short circuit and also i was stuck in elevator with my family.. its too risky stay at this hotel.. just out side only looking high class hotel for true its low class or below than that. Waste of money i take this hotel.. 2. The room card unable to use every each time i go out from my room i need to go lobby and ask the workers assist to open the door with their master key. When i ask to change the card they advise to wait and will change next day morning bt the next day i going to check out. Really cannot tolerate this all.. Worst less for money we pay.

A worst room was booked for our foreign Client. We did the pre-booking 8 days earlier it self for our Foreign client, but after reaching the hotel by 11pm in the night, They have booked and confirmed all the details allotted the room which was a ditching room where our client was very much upset and we lost our reputation also. we did not even stay in the room, we just left and asked the in charge. the result was not satisfied and we are left in much worst situation. they did not even bother to ask an apologies or replaced another room. Please kindly thing before going to stay in this hotel, The staff are worst in treating clients. Please be aware before going to this hotel. Rooms are in decent condition as per the classification of the hotel. Munimum toilet amenities are placed. Some of chargeable packed snacks placed in the room but no beverages kept inside the minibar fridge.The hotel have bar which is running for 24 hrs. There are some board meeting rooms and a large conference hall is inside the hotel for banquet functions.We've taken care by the f&b team with good service in their barbecue restaurant. It was an excellent dinner experience as having barbecue dishes from the table top itself. The negetives are the Towels kept in the rooms have too much smell of a room freshner; From it got headache by wiping face. And the door is missing in the shower partition.

BETTER NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL Very irresponsible management. Not at all bothered when client complains about the damage to the car parked in the hotel parking area. Although the vehicle was parked thro wallet parking facility by their experienced(?) drivers, received dent on the front portion of the car. When asked their GM, Santhosh Kumar for showing the CC tv footage to find out which vehicle done the damage, I was told, the password for their CC TV footage is with their MD who was out of station and promised me to share once he come back. Till date he didn't had courtesy to call me. He didn't shared his MD' s contact details when requested and gave very arrogant answer that hotel is not responsible for any damage. Later after reaching home, tried searching for their MD, Shivakumar number and sent WhatsApp message & mail narrating the bad experience had in their hotel, Vijay Elanza, Coimbatore, Mr. Shivakumar, although pursued his PG in US, doesn't have minimum sense to respond a client's complaint.
