Worst service.. lost my iPhone charger from room itself. Just after vacating the room i contacted the hotel reception, there reply was no such charger in room. I am dawn sure that in my 5 days stay i never unplugged the charger from the charging point. Definitely room service department is well aware of the charger.

We booked this hotel just to refresh ourselves and luckily we didn't stay. 1) Very small room, they say can accommodate 2 adults + 1 kid But for sure it is sufficient only for one person. 2) Somewhere I read they don't allow smoking but from lift to hallways it was full of smoking smell so for sure not for family with kids to stay 3) Floors looks very untidy and dirty. Even linens were brownish 4) Only plus point its budget friendly and since we just wanted to refresh I booked the rooms.

the hotel is very close to the railway station and Menakshi temple, centrally located in Madurai. room are cleaned with proper bathroom amenities even though with a budget concept hotel, staff is very helpful and courteous. the only cons is they don't have room dining available at there premises how ever there staff arranged food on request as per our preferences. kudod and thank you !!!

We had booked 2 rooms for a family trip in August 2022. Here is the review bifurcated into Pros & Con: Pros: 1. Centrally located. Commuting to and from the hotel is easy. Madurai Railway station, Meenakshi Amman Temple near by. Just take an auto which you can find easily outside the hotel without waiting much. 2. Rooms are good 3. Bathrooms are clean, flush and the hand spray working condition is too good. (Giving here a plus point as most hotels lack this basic feature) 4. Staff is good and helpful 5. Worth the money you are paying for. 6. AC was working good Con: 1. Wifi speed was slow, it needs improvement

Hotel located in prime location near periyar bus stand. Walkable distance from Railway Station too. Check-In and Check-out was easy. (Booked through online, with pay @ hotel option). Got Room in 5th Floor. Single Occupancy 700/-. Non-AC (I personally felt for Solo travellers like me this is a High Price - which can be reduced). Room was quite OK. If you are young and with a young group, Meenakshi Temple is Walkable too. Buses available from Periyar bus stand to all parts of madurai. I came to madurai to visit Theni and Cumbum and had a nice trip visiting those two places. Room and Bathroom had lots of dust, but i really can't blame the hotel for this as they were Govt was renovating the Periyar bus stand. The whole area was dusty and muddy. All the near buy eatable hotels also were muddy. (Need to monitor the hotel cleanliness on my next visit) Room and Bathroom was quite good and spacious for a Solo traveller. Hot water was available in morning . Provided towel, soap and water bottle. No bedsheet was available in room, which they provided after my request. Car Parking available, though it would be difficult and jam packed if there are multiple cars and you need to take your car out. Lift facility was also available. Water provided in bottle was good and not just for name sake. Not used their room service, hence can't comment on that. Mosquitoes menace was there during my stay. Pros:- 1. Near to Periyar Bus Stand and Railway Station 2. Near by eatables available Cons:- 1. Situated in main road, hence lots of traffic noises during late night also 2. No Card payment available (Big draw back for me). Only Cash or UPI payment. 3. No Channels were coming in TV. Not even Free Channels. (I was out for most of the time hence this was not a Big Deal even though I paid 700/-) Suggestion for Management:- 1. Price can be reduced for Solo / Single Occupancies.
