Firstly the location of the stay is amazing. The hotel is located in the prime OMR. The rooms are neat and tidy. But the space of the room is not vey good some might find them cramped. The room service is ok and few hotels are nearby easy for transportation. Highly recommended for solo or couple travellers. Its a pure business stay.

Stayed in Venture park Thoraipakkam ; left one of our belongings there. Very next day called them to tell them that we will come and get that. But they threw it in the dust bin it seems. Why are they getting phone numbers and details? They could have given a call. Only after we realized that we left one of our belonging, they were giving such sarcastic comments. Very poor experience.

My experience with an extremely rude staff of the hotel who treated me like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to stay in the hotel, thwarted the whole hotel experience. I was very upset and distraught with the experience and will visit the hotel never again. I am not even asking for giving me a guest consideration, but to talk and give me the basic respect as a human being. I don't know his name but he is the one who is at the check-in desk at night. He is a dark, young fellow. Request the management to take strong action.
