As the reviews were good, we trusted the hotel. When we arrived, 3 men argued with us and were not nice to us. We showed them the booking and they gave us a random room, which was DIRTY with HAIR on the bed and a lot of DIRT on the sheets. Toilets broken. No housekeeping for sure!!! The reviews say wifi, breakfast and hot water but none of the above!!!! Staff is so rude, we left even before the night !!! Please avoid...

This hotel online price is 750. This hotel give huge commission to auto drivers.One person is at the roads always ask & monitor to the people who takes room in this hotel unnecessary. this hotel take all the amount in the morning before check out from the hotel. all the pictures are very old. now this hotel is not clean. hotel take 1500 rupees for 1 night which is double than the normal if person go directly with commission agent like auto drivers.

We stayed in the Hotel for just 1 night. The Hotel is very basic and cheap. I would consider it a great value for the money we pay. The Hotel Owner Pankaj provides a great personal touch and he makes you feel as if you are staying in your friends house. He personally came to Agra station to receive us as it wa sour 1st trip and also we were group of 9 people with kids. He arranged the transport for us to the hotel and also helped us in all possible way. He frequently checked with us to ensure that we felt comfortable at home, He even arranged milk for my little daughter very late in night... I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a cheap and decent stay. This hotel does not offer you luxury but it is very good value for the money you pay. It is very close to both train stations and also the sight seeing places are closely located. I would stay here whenever we visit agra just for the hospitality and warmth of Mr. Pankaj!!!

Our stay was awesome, we stayed for 4 nights. we reached little early & we were confused whether they agree for early check in or not for that we called Mr. Sunny Khanna he was so polite and humble on phone and he agreed for early chek in. when we arrived at Hotel Ved he himself was present there he attended us and every thing there was very nice neat and clean. the most interesting thing about this hotel is they have out sourced restaurant i.e they have restaurant inside the hotel but it is not governed by the hotel. hotel have very spacious room and at reasonable price. I am very my satisfied. Thank you, Mr Sunny Khanna for maing it a great stay!
