My experience with Hotel Varanasi Inn was very good. Hotel staff's behaviour, service, cleanliness, everything was very good. If I have to go to Varanasi again I would like to stay at Varanasi Inn.Hotel manager shivam is a very nice person.

Not so great... manageable only . Not very hospitality oriented. Front desk guys are indifferent and less cooperative. Overpriced for the service . Smell in the room and no ventilation and faulty AC. Go for it with least expectations and when nothing else is available.

I was there at Hotel Varanasi Inn in 2019. This time I again went for the Kashi Vishwanath Darshan and chose Hotel Varanasi Inn for our 3-night stay. I was amazed that they have kept up their services from my last visit. The food was delicious, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a questionable alley, right off a main street. Although the location made me uneasy, the hotel itself was pleasant and felt safe. Our room was modern, bright, and fairly clean. The bath was adequate although a little dark due to the black marble from floor to ceiling. We ordered room service, and the food was very good. Breakfast the next morning was also good.
