Adequate clean, nice room and view, bad wi-fi, bad water stream in shower

Went with my wife for a week. A great spot in Dharamkot. Great view from the balkoney. The water stream in the shower is weak, and the hot water are just enough for about 10 minutes of shower. The toilet was functioning ok. We were staying at the 4th floor. Half of the time the wi-fi didnt work. And when it did - it was weak.

Don't even think of stay over here, all the claims are fraud

All the claims are fraud: They have marked incorrect location in google maps, they hae marked their location at naddi point but actually its about 3 km far from there, in a lonely "Satobari" road with n transportation facility of their own or public auto or anything. Rooms which they sell online for over 2000INR are actually worth 200-300INR stay There is no view from hotel except for a construction site in Satobari Its actually run by an old age man with just 2 people overall in the name of staff, arranging everything from poorly cooked food to find a cab or auto for you And the Room: No mirror TV set-top boxes not working dirty linen, stained with i dont know what not wobbly doors and furniture They show different food prices in menu and add some other amount in bills( absent mindedness to this extent or another way of fraud?) And most important its at very unsafe location, please dont go there for your own good. It's my first hand experience, and i left from there in 7-8 hours even when i had already paid 2 day's amount full in advance.

Terrible experience. The hotel we booked through trip advisor refused to provide us rooms on our trip date. To cover up their mistake, this site booked us valley view crest for us. But the conditions over there were third class. It looked like a haunted house. None of the other room except ours was booked. Even their super deluxe rooms and vip rooms were third class. They have not cleaned the rooms from ages. Bedsheets, flloors, sofas, cushions were all laiden with dust... Wall paint was falling down. The condition was pathetic...

Had to "escape" from hotel

We stayed here a few years ago. The memory still haunts me. The hotel was filthy. The sheets were filthy, the curtains were dirty the room had not been swept, there was a half eaten cookie on the bed! .... but since I had prepaid a deposit and booked for 3 nights, I was stuck. The owner refused an early departure. Went to McLeod Ganj and bought bedsheets. The next morning saw the owner/manager leaving in a car, I took the chance. After he left we went down and checked out because our deposit more than covered 1 night, we convinced the person at the desk, called the Rickshaw we had hired the evening before and left. That evening the owner called my phone and was so vulgar. He called me filthy names and other obscenities about my character, just because he was angry. What a way to run a business!
