Lovely location+fabulous leisure serring+talk to the hills trees birds and flowers, talk to self and your loved ones, talk to every sterling family team around they are stunningly kind and pleasant through your stay. Food is matchless, kudos to the chef Andhi, serving should be taught from this tasty guy, he knows lot of minutes in the pudding, table tennis triggered my sport soul, Rajiv Das is a reliable guide, Sanjay Chauhan the most trusted one who instantly changed my room for the noisy fan, Deepak Jagmohan Anuj Shreedhar Rajaram Satendra and Tubiyas i am jealous of their courtesy. Panchgani is not just for memory its calling again and again.

Good property away from crowds..but dated and needs upgrade

This is a typical Sterling facility with good clean rooms and decent food. This property is just opened ( 7 months as of Jan 2024) . It has been taken over from an older hotel/stay. So the rooms are dated and with old fittings furnishings. All 24 rooms are same ( as per hotel staff) and most of them have balcony and view of the valley. The view is somewhat blocked for 1st floor rooms due to a hideous non-maintained property opposite the hotel. **** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Hotel doesn't have elevator/ lift and no rooms on ground floor******* So disabled/ old /limited mobility guests have a tough time. It's in panchgani and far from Mahableshwar and little far from Panchgani market. This is both good and bad depending on whether you want peace or accessibility. You WILL need a car to get around. The silver lining is the hotel staff who are very friendly, accomodating and helpful. The front desk, the watchman, the housekeeping all are good. Special mention to the restaurant staff. They served good breakfast and were genuinely keeping up the service. They made sure we got warm food and even packed small stuff for the kids e.g. couple of idlis etc. Would like to mention Mr.Jagmohan and Mr.Anshu who took special care of us and our kids food needs and even went to prepare special meals( Paratha without onion) to make us feel special. All in all good stay. But property needs a big upgrade/makeover.

Good atmosphere and the greenery around the resort all staff was cordial. Good experience as always sterling. We are for 2 nights and enjoyed alot karaoke, games with my family. Swimming pool is lack of hot water but good for day swimming. Thanks sterling

Great stay at panchgani. Staff is very helpful. All experience is good at all. The property is sorrounded by lush greenery and a scenic view. Sanjay chauhan, harbet from restaurant deepak reception. Aasim from kitchen was awesome people.
