A Terrible Experience !! Bad Hotel and Service !!

1) Rooms and toilets were extremely smelly and dirty. Even the 2nd room allotted to us after our repeated requests and protests, it was also very smelly as it smelled like dried blood. 2) The hotel itself was very unclean as edges were stained and dark, as dirt had accumulated over the period of time which was never cleaned. People has spit all over the place specially in the elevator after eating betel leaf (Paan) which the hotel staff never bothered to clean. 3) Hotel location was extremely bad. Firstly, it was difficult to find the hotel even with google map. Secondly, there were liquor shops around the hotel barely 50 - 80 mts away. Thirdly, it was really unsafe for female members of the family to venture out of the hotel after 7:30 -8:00 PM as people were seen drinking around the liquor shops, people were seen lying drunk on the road around the hotel area. Fourthly, there was no parking area at the hotel and vehicle had to be parked on the road, Fifthly, the area around the hotel was extremely dirty, and Sixth, the hotel was located under the flyover next to a railway track. 4) Room walls were dirty and patches of repair were clearly visible all over. Sofas placed in the room had never been cleaned a there was a thick layer of filthy oily dirt on them. 5) Food quality was below average. 6) Hotel was serving food on plastic crockery which was cheap and non-food grade quality 7) Staff was unfriendly and rude as the staff was unwilling to provide a water bottle which is a basic requirement. They only provided 2 water bottles for 4 adults and even on the next day the bottles were available on chargeable basis as more than double the MRP. 8) All mattress and bed sheets were stained and dirty. 9) Cable TV was not working. The hotel staff struggled for 1 hour to switch on the cable TV but eventually left as is 10) Service was extremely bad. Bell boy was not available to carry our luggage. Over all a horrible experience as our booking was for 2 days but we had to change the hotel very next day.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in Lucknow. It is situated adjacent to an overbridge and a little difficult to reach. We encountered problems right from check in. The rooms booked in advance were not ready. We were put in different rooms which had no water in bathroom, flush not working, telephone not working, geiser not working and the room door not locking. All these happened in the night and some relief was available after I had to speak to the hotel Manager. The reception staff were unable to come to our rescue. However the next day all were rectified due to the Manager’s intervention and follow up by one Mr. Alok yadav from the front desk, who went out of the way to rectify the defects and also to get us cabs for our tours. We had some anxious moments on the first day. The pandemic appears to have affected the maintenance of the hotel, which is otherwise good. Breakfast was normal and the staff were polite and helpful. There were other restaurants within walkable distance. Nothing more to say about this hotel.

This hotel is in Gomtinagar near mithai wala churaha and it provides 35 Rooms,have big banquets and Conference halls as well. The hotel is in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow which is one of the prime localities. The rooms are big and spacious with good room service. The food quality is also good, though there are good eating joints nearby it.

This hotel is located equidistant from railway station, shopping areas, tourist spots. Very comfortable and spacious, with all amenities and facilities (like geyser with adjustable temperature display). Very fast free WiFi, and breakfast (the spread is small compared to the price). Smooth check-in and check-out, with cards accepted. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the AC control panel are located too high for anyone except very tall persons reach. Of greater concern is the extreme slipperiness of the bathroom tiles, when wet. Careful!
