Services were excellent. The hotel staff were courteous. Hot water was available even as early as 06:00 and it was a blessing since I went during peak winter. Although it was a property located in North Bengal, TV had channels from all languages. Hence, entertainment is guaranteed. Bed was super-comfy with the right amount of cushioning. Breakfast time started only at 08:00. However, since I had an early morning train, restaurant staff ensured I had the breakfast available as early as 07:30. A big thanks to them. The property is located just off the busy Sevoke Road. Hence, the atmosphere in and around the property was peaceful. When compared with the services they offered, the rate seemed to be very good.

Very poorly maintained for the price they charged, breakfast is also just okay type. Is not worth to stay again. Most of the room are full of moisture, linen is not properly clean, bathroom is somehow clean..

We were on our way to Gangtok by road, when we got an opportunity to stay here. Only a few hundred metres of detour and there you're in your comfortable abode. We stayed only for the night, for less than 12 hours, so I am not in a position to talk about it's services. But yeah, check-in was swift. We had a booking already and called the reception to provide a room in the ground floor and they obliged. The food at dinner wasn't the best we could had but after spending almost half of the day in the car, naan and subzi were light enough, without much of spices. And the beds were soft, just about right for a comfortable sleep. Those weren't one of those beds where you literally sink in deep. In the morning, I woke up refreshed to continue our voyage towards Gangtok. P. S. The hotel has space for parking.

An old property, lack of professionalism, all systems are very old fashioned, feels like very cheap type hotel. Rooms are big but lack of amenities, no minibar, no tea and coffee maker, no Locker, no complementary mineral water, towel condition is also very bad. Lack of toiletries, only comb and shop, no tooth brush and tooth paste, no shaving kit. Food is homely, staffs are untrained but know how to smile. Over priced hotel.

Stayed here twice withing a gap of few days. A decent place in Siliguri. Situated in a residential area. Getting out from here can be just a little difficult if you do not have your own transport as it is a little bit in from the main road. But decent sized old fashioned rooms maintained well. Very homely feeling. Attentive service. We did not have any meal here. But they have a decent bar which seemed popular with the locals.
