The Royal Plaza is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We stayed 4 days awaiting a rebooked flight. Seema, in housekeeping, took excellent care of our room and needs - always with a great smile. The restaurant was nice - Akash was always friendly helpful. The bartender, Vinod, was also very personable and fun! Would definitely return if make it back to Delhi.

Good location with a nice garden and Pool. The staff is friendly, especially at the Front Desk Mrs. Aman and Mr. Samol. The food is good, with a variety of indian, asian and continental meals. The only thing that was strange was that the waiters want you to pay immediatly after finishing your last bite. I stayed for 11 nights for business and enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful stay at the royal plaza new delhi. Our stay was lovely and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was over - the-top. Housekeeping staff are very professional and active. And especially thanks to Mr. Pawan and Rohit from the housekeeping department.
