Be aware of this hotel. I booked through booking.com website and two days before arriving the hotel management send me a message saying that the Hotel just change the name to Keb Kiara. Once arrived in Delhi , I booked also the taxi service to the hotel, they drove to KeB Kiara, which is a completely different hotel than the one I originally booked - that is located in the city center near the train station. On other words the LIE saying that hotel just change the name....Is another hotel at 20 km from the center. Only after yelling on the phone and paying extra fee to taxi driver (1.000 rupees) they send me to RAJ hotel that was fully booked. Only room available for me the room 101 .....generally used for other purpose with mirrors and circular bed. Last but not least while helping me to send the luggage to the room...the guy insist on purposing me to buy whiskey....and/or other extra service they may provide. I think it's enough to say....STAY AWAY from this hotel !!!!!!!

Hotel was grubby and in need of a refurbishment. On arrival there was a full ashtray in my room (I pointed this out and the staff member took the ashtray and placed it under the table, rather than remove it!) and the room needed a deep clean, curtains and walls were stained and dirty and the phone was filthy. The room was also very dusty. I had to request a towel and toilet paper as none were in the room. Staff were abrupt in manner at reception and there was a feeling of being hustled to book other services. Staff knocked and tried to enter the room on a number of occasions, rather than waiting for the door to be opened. There is lots of noise from the street (there is no sound proofing) and I would suggest bringing earplugs to counteract this. The aircon unit was also too noisy to use. The door to my room also looked as though it had been forced at some point. Room service was poor, a set menu was not delivered as ordered and they tried to charge extra for items I had not ordered. The hotel also uploaded a fake review on booking.com in my name.

Just stayed for a day the rooms are dirty bathroom is dirty .no cleanliness no room cleaning service. Ac doesn't work tv has just 5 channels. Never ever stay in this hotel its waste useless room better to pay more in stay in other good hotels

We arrived at Raj after reading fairly good reviews and seeing the photos, into the grimy reception area. The taxi driver who took us there told us to be very careful as it is a bad area and it is dangerous for us to go out. We arrived 1 hour before we were due to check in. We were told that our room was not ready so he had allocated us another room a few metres away in his other hotel we asked for tea to be bought to the room. We were sent to another very dim grimy reception. We paid on arrival and was escorted to our room. I was horrified as I walked up the stairs as small bags of litter and foodstuffs were strewn along the skirting boards and in corners. I froze when I was in the room when I saw it, it was cold damp and like a dungeon from the Middle Ages . I told my husband we couldn’t stay there and he proceeded to make another booking elsewhere. A moment later knock came on the door and a man was there bringing tea in a flask it was very dirty and disgusting he asked for money, my husband told him we had paid downstairs at reception but he didn’t seem to believe us and exacerbated an already stressful situation. We then went to reception and advised the receptionist that we were going as the room was terrible.. we were not offered our money back. I was scared while waiting in reception while waiting for the taxi there seemed to be a hostile atmosphere. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website, this was terrible beyond words.

Booked one room through MMT with check in on 22/12/19 & check out on 23/12/19 but on arrival refused check in under pretext that my booking is only for fresh-up from 9am to 2 pm and I was forced to have a new booking personally after paying full amount as demanded.service and behaviour of the staff was very poor and they were very greedy.
