Worst Hotel. Never visit this cheat hotel

Worst hotel. Worst service. I booked two rooms when I planned to visit Udaipur and when I reached hotel they denied check in and said due to electricity issue we are not able to provide you rooms. But when I reached hotel and found that there was no any electricity issues. When I told that you are saying electricity issues but here at hotel no any electricity issues and you allowing check in to other people. They told that the rooms which we were allotted against the booking, only those rooms are having electricity issues. But we found that they were taking the booking , by taking more amount and doing the cheating with the guests who have booked online and demanding extra money from the person offline and providing booking to those who is paying extra money. I must say never ever book this hotel. They will ruin your whole trip. Never never ever book this hotel. Worst experience

Its a great hotel , even though its small its very well maintained. You can talk to reception to fulfill all your needs. It has everything which is required for comfort stay. Plus window have view of the city too. It will be my togo hotel whenever I would be in udaipur.

It is situated opposite Town Hall. Nice location. Hotel is neat & clean. But the room is really cramped. Bathroom is also not so clean. Even western seat was not ok (mechanical prob). Food was excellent and they provided what we demanded. Nice. Even we were given extended one hour check-out time complimentary. But as we had booked deluxe room, we needed an upgrade and were charged Rs1000/- extra. Water in washroom was not clean (they told due to maintenance). And yes, continues noise due to maintenance was really terrible. Stand by light is also not available. Services were excellent. Overall 3 star for nice hotel.

Room service was bad. No towel, hot water. Need ask repetedly for that. Landline TV not working. No parking of there own. If visiting by personal vehicle you will be asked to park vehicle on roadside. Mattress was not in good condition. Only good part is the food was good.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Will looking farward to visit again.
