We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights to attend a wedding in the city. We booked deluxe room. The room did not have any electric kettle, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was stinky and had poor drainage. The bathroom door was filthy and was very old ( and this is a deluxe room!!). After a short bath, the bathroom drain would clog and after informing the staff, no one cleaned it up. The hooks for hanging clothes were missing! One morning at 8am, we asked kitchen to provide a glass of milk for 5 year old, they said that kitchen was not open (and they will not be able to provide. Same at 9:30 pm when we wanted to order for dinner, they said that kitchen is closed (the menu mentioned dinner till 10:30pm). We paid so much for deluxe room but the services were not at par. This stay was a huge disappointment.

Very happy with the hotel team and the location. Clean hotel rooms with enough space.Nicely located with tasty food from kitchen. This hotel is very safe for family stay. Would love to visit again this hotel.

This was the worst hotel i have been in.The rooms seem to be renovated but are in terrible condition.No ward robes,no towel rack or hooks in the bathroom,toilet bowl not cleaned as well as the room.The fridge seemed to have not been cleaned for months smelling foul.Marriage banquet next doors and the guest from there in the hotel and we were sandwiched between them so shouting ,screaming and banging doors through out the night so no sleep at all as doors not sound proof.Had to leave the hotel as early as possible to continue our journey with all the shouting still going on in the corridor.Disgusting.

This is a good hotel to stay in economy prices. This hotel is in middle of the city Moradabad but main problem of this hotel is Old interiors. This hotel is having bad interiors so not having good ambiance.

The hotel is located close to railway station and the main road. The access route however is not so great though that is true of most places in this town which is still developing. Room was very spacious and bathroom area had a separate dressing space which is always welcome. Service staff is very prompt and courteous; food (basically veg though non-veg can be ordered from outside) is reasonable in price, quantity and taste. Price is a little on the higher side considering the town.
