Its not look like in picture. Worst experience. As per their charges they are taking too high charges and there is no facilities. Bed sheets are very spoty, washroom are not in good condition. I don't want to visit again in this hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Staff is too rude.. Hotel is too bad with low maintenance full of flies and mosquitos. Hotel was too dirty. The person present on reception was too rude and not helpful. We have made the online booking with full payment. He showed us a single room on ground floor which was extremely dirty with worm, flies, mosquitos and bad smell.. We were with a patient we requested to show another room ( if possible on above floor ) He simply ignored and said all rooms are full though Hotel was pretty empty.. We had to walk away, we choose to left the hotel even the payment was already done.. You guys can get idea with this how supremely this hotel is bad that one had chosen to leave the hotel even after full payment. Booked from EaseMyTrip

I am a Travel Agent from New Delhi First time I used the Hotel Sunway Inn, I do not suggest anybody book this hotel. it is a horrible hotel, Actually, I book this hotel for online there are very Good Photos, but when I personally Visit Hotel its a bad very Bad looking at all Roomes there See pages Cheek My Photos, only 1 night Stay there I feel there was a power breakdown in the hotel a lot of times wait but no one answer, Room Phone not working. Plug point and WiFi not working inside the room. Bath towel also too dirty everywhere See pages.....I am Not Recommend this Hotel for any Travelers.

Friends, Dont go by the pics on website. Hotel is terrible in all aspects, its like spoiling your holiday by staying at such place. Here are some highlights, BED COVERS ARE RESUED NOT ONCE MULTIPLE TIMES. Zero cleanliness, WATER SUPPLY WAS CUT OFF AND HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL EARLY IN THE MORNING TO SHIFT TO OTHER PLACE...

I learnt a big lesson today. Don't visit a hotel just by looking at the pictures posted by the hotel itself. There was nothing there to compare with. The room was very dirty. The lights weren't working. There was no mug in the restroom, no regulator on the fan. The AC wasn't working & there was no water either.The tv was without the set top box. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff wasn't trained & not at all courteous.
