We went along with three families and stayed in this hotel, hotel sun view. Near to most of the beaches. Wide variety of hotels available nearby. Linen, sleep quality is not good. Approachable to most of the destinations.

Hotel premises is big. It was nice stay here, budget hotel and walkable distance from bus stand. Everything is near from here like market, beaches other sightseeing places. Only problem I faced here is bathroom issue. I have booked non-Ac room, room is okay but bathroom was very dirty, buckets mugs all are unhygienic. Somehow I managed. You can see beautiful sunrise on roof of hotel premises.
