Worst hotel experience of my life. The managers, especially Mr. Prashant, are a big group of goons who harass guests at every given opportunity. I was scared to even go to sleep and wanted to change hotels straight away but since we were a large group with a few senior members and small kids, we struggled with availability at other properties and decide to stay on. Tea/coffee service in rooms was refused at night claiming the kitchen was closed even though there were diners in the restaurant downstairs. Warm milk service for kids was also refused in the rooms in the morning, the same was provided in the restaurant though. There is a large pool with no water, of course. A large lawn out front is leased out for events which run late into the night, making it impossible for guests to get a decent night's sleep. The quality of the rooms is average at best. No availability of public transport at this site. Managers refused to book cabs for us claiming they had no contacts for the same, we eventually booked cabs ourselves through internet portals. The cabs took 1 hour to arrive since the property is far from the main city. The closest market/store is atleast 4-5 kms away from the hotel on either side, making it slightly secluded. Avoid staying here at any cost, if all hotels in Alwar are booked, go to Udaipur but don't stay here. Foreign nationals strictly avoid since the managements behaviour is highly questionable. TIP FOR OWNERS: A change in management could seriously improve guest experience as the infrastructure is pretty decent.

Arrived late around 10.00pm, was served dinner which was totally cold. Didn’t even bother to warm the food. Booked 8 rooms and duly confirmed with manger to allot all together. Manager after taking full money in advance told can give 7 rooms and 1 room either on mezzanine floor or opp. toilet. Adjusted in 7 rooms. Called for milk at night, said kitchen is closed. Called for water bottle at night, said will not serve. Called for bathroom amenities were given a small soap. No toothbrush, no toothpaste. And towels were so rough to use. In-room - fans not working, curtain rod broken, door lock broken, good night not working. Swimming pool left dried. No wifi. Don’t take this resort, as located in outskirts of city with no shop / store nearby and when hotel dont offer any room service. Can only say awful experience and hospitality at its worst. Manager Prashant is the worst person claiming to be hotel owner after being drunk daily. Pls avoid this resort as tall claims but zero results.

Never would recommend this to anyone who wish to have a relaxing experience.. The person who states he is the owner of the property hates providing customer service and has rudest behavior I have ever met a hotelier person with.. No kitchen at night..it is not a family or kids friendly resort.. They have a swimming pool which has no water.. They seems to only go for money but can't handle the guests with basic courtesy.. Again.. This is just a stay hotel and not a resort.. Isn't worth spending a single night there.. People are rude and pathetic in service..

The night we reached this place with small kids the manager was drunk n he did not stand by the commitment he made...we had small kids with so hd no choice but to stay there...dispite of our deal confirmation they refussed to provide us with room service though we said we will pay for the same...dont judge this place with the pics and the reviwes given they are fake people very bad staff...rude...

Nice and comfortable rooms,reasonable, the rooms are with modern amenities,the new wing specially.Resort is centrally located, swimming pool very nice with clean water and well maintained,food is awesome,the owners are very polite and take personal care,Mr Patel and Mr Prashant, overall an excellent stay.Staff is also very helpful and polite.Only miss was a lift, if installed could be superb.
