There was building work going on next door. The rooms were ok. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not great but water was hot. Wi-Fi was ok. Good location as near to the bus terminal. Good parking facilities too. Only local breakfast available and no choice as they just knock you door randomly in the morning and give you a tray

This hotel is very near to new bus stand on trichy highway in thanjavur. This hotel offers 24 hour checkout even through online booking, the price is economical and the rooms are good for family stay. No parking for vehicles, they offer free buffet breakfast.

We booked two rooms on 1st Jan 2019. The room was excellent. Check in was smooth. The gentleman in the front desk showed us the room, but didn't give any proper informations about the room and helpline numbers. The problems started when we decided to order room from the In room dining. There was a dead mosquito floating in the soup. We tried calling the reception twice and no one picked up the call. Informed the restaurant about it and still the gentleman that came to deliver rest of the room wasn't aware of this. Finally we got it replaced. Next day morning we tried calling housekeeping twice as the bed got dirty and there was no reply again. Upon checkout, when we asked about this to the lady in the reception, she said there's some problem in the reception landline. And she asked why didn't we come down from the room to the restaurant to meet the manager and ask him to replace the soup! Such pathetic response from the lady in the front desk! And when we complained about housekeeping not picking up the call either, she said there's no phone for housekeeping and they forgot to remove the number from the room. Being a hotelier myself, I was shocked to see such pathetic hospitality. And when we asked if there's any complaint register, she said we can go ahead and post our complain in the OYO site as they're discontinuing their tie up with oyo in a couple of days! We were highly impressed when we saw the room which was equal to the standards of a decent star hotel. But the poor hospitality and hygiene was a huge set back.

26-12-2018. Rooms were very well kept, neat, clean and of respectable size. Close to bus stand and market area. Car parking is available, wireless internet and in house restaurant. Friendly staff as well.

Visited as a family. Stayed for a night. Was confused while opting for this hotel due to some negative comments. But I’m glad I chose this. Quick check-in. Courteous staff. Clean & fresh rooms. Breakfast was not that great, otherwise it is a perfect stay for a night or two. Will come back here next time definitely.
