What a fabulous hotel this is. From check in to check out we were made to feel very welcome. It is a hidden gem in Mumbai in my opinion. The staff were fantastic even down to the man in the lift in his uniform. I absolutely loved it. The room was so nice, the bed was very comfortable and I loved the box in the bathroom with the toileteries in. Also we had a box of donuts delivered on our first evening and received a pen as as gift on our departure. All these little extra I thought were a very nice touch. The breakfast was also very good - this was the 3rd hotel we stayed in on our India trip and by far it was the best breakfast, bed, service and overall experience. The location is also good being close to the Gateway to India and quite a few restaurants and bars. Would I stay here again if visiting Mumbai most certainly.

Wow! This accommodation is outstanding. We stay for one week with a short trip in between then returned for another week. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, bed was super comfortable and a king size. The location was central, walking distance to many places. The front end staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nozmul & Mehemmed, the Elevator Men were so friendly and genuinely happy to see us each day to have a chat. Tarique always greeted us each morning for breakfast and Michael made coffee for myself and my husband every day. Mukesh cleaned our room every day and was very friendly & thorough. They are all a credit to Suba Palace. What a fine establishment. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Mumbai, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely clean room and the hosts were very attentive. We even had a packed breakfast when we used the airport transfer service at 5am. The location is great for all of the local attractions. The hotel is located in a quieter side street which was ideal.

I highly recommend this quaint and pleasant hotel in the Colaba region of Mumbai. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sechin, my housekeeper, was attentive and hard-working. Breakfast was a full buffet every morning, including an array of sweets for dessert. I was pleasantly surprised when greeted by a yummy chocolate gift in my room when I arrived, and they also gave me a special gift upon check out. Suba Palace is just a short walk away from the Gateway of India, the Kala Ghoda Arts District, and plenty of wonderful shopping!
