Booked room for 4k for a couple hours( travelling for work so was there from 1am to 5am). The room smelled, made the complaint and they said we will fix it. No one came and since i was barely there for a couple hours, I managed to sleep ( also the room was right at the main road so hence too much noise). In the morning, when I went to bathroom to shower, the water was yellow. Called reception and no response. Checked out and was getting late, the receptionist said i will tell my manager for solution then started abusing. Really terrible service and rooms. Please avoid if you want safe place to stay and be able to work the next day

I regret choosing to stay at this hotel. I had booked through Agoda in January 2025, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The bedsheets were unchanged, the bathroom was rusty, and the passageway felt more like that of a shady establishment. It was a disappointing stay overall.

Good response and service from hotel staff especially one shafi who respond very Good and provide excellent service. I feel very good hospitality in the hotel. I refer my friends to choose the hotel who travel by flight as it is nearest to Chennai airport.

Believe me this place is awful The smell when you get out of the lift is stomach churning - couldn’t understand what it was till I saw the massive mould stains on the ceiling . The smell of the drains in the bathroom is pretty disgusting There was no ceiling fan or workable air con in the room so it was far too hot to sleep and the constant horns blaring from The road outside didn’t help either . The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to the airport and the lovely driver who does airport transfers . I honestly believe this is the worst place I have ever stayed anywhere in the world .

On checking in we found 2 people complaining about the facilities. We go in, carpers are stained, bathrooms were dirty. The bottles kept for our se were used. In addition the reception staff are rude, uncooperative and combative…. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
