Pathetic management. It is the worst hotel I ever visited with no proper services. Bathrooms are stinking and water issues. No hygiene is maintained. Also we had book for triple occupancy but there was no space for extra bed also. Also during check out they charged us extra amount of hotel. It is quite disappointing that for a small amount of ₹420, we have to make such continuous efforts. The matter is very clear that we checked in on 15th around 11:00 AM, yet the bill in question is dated 2:30 AM the same day, which is clearly before our check-in. Despite our repeated follow-ups over the past week, the issue remains unresolved. They can easily fool you during check-in & check-out. You need to be careful.

The staff at this so-called hotel couldn't care less about hospitality if their jobs depended on it. From the receptionist to the cleaning crew, they all had attitudes that could curdle milk. It's like they were trained to scowl and ignore guests rather than provide any semblance of service. Asking for anything felt like pulling teeth, and even then, they'd act like you were inconveniencing them by daring to request something as basic as a towel or a question about the hotel's policies. It's a wonder they even bothered showing up for work, considering how little they seemed to care about their jobs.

Solitaire restaurant provided a delightful culinary journey with a variety of chicken dishes that left a lasting impression. I started with the Koyla Murgh Tikka, which was a flavor explosion with its perfectly charred exterior and succulent, well-marinated chicken. The Murgh Zaffrani Tangdi was another highlight. The saffron-infused marinade added a unique richness to the tender chicken drumsticks, making them a must-try. The Murgh Dilkhush was a pleasant surprise, with its combination of creamy flavors and subtle spices. It provided a nice contrast to the more robust flavors of the other dishes. Finally, the Chicken Biryani was the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Fragrant and aromatic, the biryani had well-cooked rice and tender chicken pieces, making it a satisfying end to the meal. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy, and the service was attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience.
