First of all, don't believe their property online photos. Those were likely taken right after renovations, but now the entire property is in an outdated condition. I booked two rooms online and called in advance to request that both rooms be on the same floor, preferably next to each other. However, the receptionist carelessly said they couldn't confirm anything in advance and told me to ask at check-in. So When I arrived at the hotel with two elderly people who were there for treatment, no one came to open the door or help with the luggage. No one welcomed us; even the security guard was just casually chatting with someone. I don't know what the point of having security was. After entering the reception area, I showed my booking and again asked for both rooms on the same floor. But, he said all the rooms were full and it wasn't possible. So they allotted us one room on the second floor and another on the third floor. Anyway, I couldn't do anything, so I accepted the rooms. But another disappointment followed. The floors in the rooms they gave us had only been swept with a broom, not mopped, and the walls were covered with dust. The floors were stained and sticky. I informed the receptionist about this, but he said the housekeeping team wasn't available then and they will clean your rooms by tomorrow. Additionally, the TV remotes and windows were broken, the intercom worked poorly, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, it felt like a 2-star hotel in poor condition. I came in a good mood, but they spoiled my mood and disrupted my plans. At the very least, they need to focus on maintenance and cleanliness. I rarely give bad reviews to hotels, but this is the first time due to such an unpleasant experience. Tip: Always check photos posted by recent visitors, because the photos uploaded by property management are often taken when the property is new. Relying only on official photos might lead to disappointment.

Poor staff's and lack security

I booked two rooms for CMC treatment so based on my experience so I give my full review here! The hotel staff's are not well-groomed. Especially, night staff's are rude and there is no manager or supervisor in the reception. Bathroom floors and walls are dirty condition. Even, taps are covered with salt content and shower not working. Also the rooms are darker because some of light's not working. Surprisingly they are not aware the same so it's showing they're not maintaining the room's. I taken studio room and smart room. Studio room, which is in corner side but it's not suitable for family because of room size and bathroom don't have ventilation system. Also there is no extra lock provided in the main door. Only two advantages available, one is near to highway and another is breakfast in the hotel.

Pathetic manager, Ready to argue over anything, Doesnt know hospitality and has not empathy with the guests. Bislery , Aquafina bottles are sold outside at ₹20 and these guys are selling their own packed bottles at ₹25. Just looting common people.

Justify the rate against the room type and certainly recommend for 2-3 days stay or even more. Breakfast is also very good. Overall every thing is good. It is better if hotel management provides more light bulbs inside the room.

Hotel is well maintained & centrally located in Vellore i.e. just beside the district collectorate. Has free wifi & complimentary breakfast. The only con for this hotel is parking. There is no parking facility for this hotel, we have to park on the road.
