Booked a Function with Lunch on January 18th at 11:00am. They promised every thingnwill be in place as instructed. When we arrived by 10, thestage was not ready, the sound system was not there. The projector systemnwas not there, and the guys were scrambling. By 10:30 guests started arriving and eve by 11 the setup was not complete. Wenwanted a video presetation, but the projector has notnarrived. This disorganisation and sloppiness affectwd our function. With the lunch, the service was very poor, and many guests did not get the dishes they were supposed to serve. Manybguests talked bad about the food. For a 4 star Hotel, there performance was third rated.

I recently stayed here just because it would be easy to go athirapally falls. Being named four star hotel they don’t have basic amenities also like no proper hot water, no proper ventilation it was stinking, doors and walls are full of fungus. They charge extra amount for complimentary breakfast but they limit to only one dosa for one person and they will say for other items we have to pay additional. It’s completely cheating that saying room with breakfast and not giving proper food to guests. Safety wise not recommended with kids because first time I have seen charging ports are in middle of cot just behind head which might not be safe while sleeping. Booked this hotel through Goibibo and raised this compliant and they are least bothered about this and they didn’t care about people’s concern while staying in the property booked through their app. Never book through Goibibo app, they will not resolve your issues during stay, instead they will say facilities depends on hotel.

I stayed in hotel with my family it’s a nice and pleasant stay with excellent caring, good rooms neat and clean with lots of amenities, quick service very very tasty food especially paratha was so delicious good breakfast thanks so much Mr. Joby & team

We hosted a birthday party for around 100 guests in this hotel recently. The hotel is centrally located and is convenient for guests visiting. Ample parking space. The hotel staff went out of their way to set up the decorations etc. The food was delicious and appreciated by all.

We had a great experience staying @ Siddhartha. We read about good reviews and then selected this place to stay.Hence thought of penning down our experience to help people looking for a good place to stay. We reached in the evening,had dinner which was good in terms of quality and quantity. The room was clean and well arranged. Complementary breakfast in the morning was tasty and hotel staff did customize it as per our need. The hotel staff was keen on ensuring that we had a great time. Had a very good experience overall.
