Siddhartha Hotel is an okayish hotel with not so nice guest rooms. The check in is smooth and the service staff could be trained for providing better service to the hotel guests. The room was not clean.

Terrible Experince. Visited in NOV 2017. Rooms are okay. Service attendants are also available. But some of them are drunk even in day time. If you avail room service like tea, breakfast,lunch, they will ask for cash immediately. Though they have wireless pos, they will not make arrangement of the same for room service. Food is over priced. Asking for tips is well in practice with delivery of each service. Doors have to be kept closed all the time, for attendants do not wait for guests reply.

I have booked a single room for my brother through Hotels.com, check in 26th October and check out 28th October. While after reaching the hotel, hotel denied check in and said they accept booking only done through Goibibo.com as they make them the payments immediately and hotels.com always delay the payments, they force us to call hotels.com and asked for full refund and book through Goibibo.com or pay them a higher amount directly. When we called hotels.com and spoken to Juhi about the issue, they tried calling the hotel but nothing happened. At last we have asked the hotel to offer us better rate, but their expectation were very high. If instead of my brother it was a family then we could have paid the higher amount and could have taken the room but since he was alone, he have booked his room in another hotel at last. It is a old hotel and the staff is unprofessional and puts you in a situation where you dont have any options but to pay higher amount directly to them when you reach the hotel after travelling. My complain is not only for the hotel but even for hotels.com, before uploading any hotel details on their portal they should have proper contract with the hotel, as because of their unprofessional behavior client have to suffer at last with no fault.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Hyderabad. Rooms were nice. Ample parking space for cars. Check in and out was easy. A good restaurant and a petty shop in the premises. A place for a good night stay with family. Better maintenance would may pep up this hotel.

A very convenient location of hotel with very good vegetarian restaurant facility for morning breakfast (south Indian) / evening breakfast & lunch + dinner. Otherwise, rest of other amenities are very simple & OK looking to class of budget friendly hotel. Even though hotel is centrally located but it is very difficult to access while returning back from some other visiting place by auto or / and taxi. Rooms are not clean with some dust inside the wardrobes & need attention.
