Totally disappointing property. You would be welcomed with bizzare freshner smell that would straight hit your mind. The staff at reception is too lousy to address concerns. They committ 5 minutes for any requests and keep on extending by 5 minutes without any regrets. The rooms have bad design, not upto the mark. Given the relatively higher price, facilities are NIL e.g. no WIFI, Kettle, covered dustbins etc. The bathroom is worse, full of sewage smell and clogged with water all the times. It gets immensely filthy. The only positive point that this property carries is proximity with Shri Banke Bihari Temple. Avoid this Hotel!

5 members of our group, myself included became sick after a meal here. It was a tough place to be sick because overall the hotel was very dirty. In the hallways I saw piles of trash not picked up, the stairway was filty, the elevator was filthy and the room was questionable. It was a rough place to be sick because it wasn't even clean.

I travel a lot but this is one of the most hopeless accommodation I’ve stayed in. To start with the reception guy was rude and unprofessional. The room was big but bedsheet was strained. The hot water was not proper and had to call up housekeeping 3-4 times to get it fixed. The bathrooms were terrible, the showers are all clogged, flush doesn’t work, towels are dirty. It’s not worth any money. The only good thing about the property is that it’s 5 mins walk from Bankey Bihari temple else I wouldn’t even give it 1*.

Hotel is situated at walking distance from Banke Bihari. This is the advantage of this hotel. cleanliness was ok.. food was ok. Ample Parking. Easy to reach. 1Km from Isckon and 1.5 Km from Prem Mandir.

Its a nice place to be at Vrundavan. Centrally located. Walking distance from Shri Banke Bihari temple. Very good rooms. Very good food at the restaurant. Priced also reasonably. Very good room service and friendly staff made the stay comfortable.
