Property is good but not maintained...staff is not at all proactive. We stayed here for two nights our room was not cleaned... evening when we came back and requested they replied don't have staff. Bedsheets and towel are in bad condition

i visited withfriends there and reserved a room and saw it has fabulous infrastructure hotel. Beautiful and lovely rooms. Awesome facilities and fast service. The location was good, in fact everything was good. The restaurant had a selection of western and Indian food, the service of the staff was friendly and warm

I stayed for one day at this hotel in Varanasi. My experience is fine. Services are not great but good. Staff is very helpful. He provided all kinds of facilities but some aminities are bad. Food is good. Hotel price is fine.

State alla larga da questo hotel! È sporco, mal tenuto, lenzuola e federe sporche. Ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica, sapone e salviette perché in camera non c’erano. La stanza non ha finestre e il bagno puzza di urina. Stanza piccola, valigia per terra. Personale freddo e assolutamente non cordiale. Tra l’altro io avevo prenotato su Booking.com un altro hotel, “Hotel Rudraksh Inn !”, che ha chiesto il 50% con bonifico bancario per mantenere la prenotazione. Pensate di dover fare un bonifico in una banca indiana del Rajasthan…!! Comunque fatto, poi continuavano a dirmi che non vedevano il bonifico. Una volta mandata la ricevuta del bonifico andato a buon fine, mi telefonano dicendo che “il Rudraksh Inn non ha licenza per gli stranieri (!??!!) e che mi avrebbero mandato appunto nell’Hotel Shivam “foreign choise”! Pazzesco! Chiedo se almeno è della stessa qualità e mi viene confermato. Qualità?? Se la qualità è la stessa allora i 2 hotel sono tremendi entrambi! Carissimi per il servizio che danno! Zilioli ristorante sembra la peggiore bettola di Caracas. Sporco e nessuno parla inglese! Nonostante avessi pagato per 5 notti, dopo la prima notte me ne sono andato (mai successo in vita mia!) e ho fortunatamente trovato di meglio. STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTI 2 HOTEL. In India non fidatevi delle recensioni, moltissime sono false, anche quelle cosiddette “verificate”.

Pourquoi cet hotel est il recommande par le routard ?!! Tarif scandaleux pour un hôtel aussi miteux ! Pas du tout le tarif indiqué par le guide, le premier prix étant normalement le prix le plus élevé annoncé. Aucune guesthouse n acceptant les étrangers dans ce quartier, nous n avons pas eu d autre choix que de nous rabattre sur celui ci étant donne qu il se trouve près de la gare. Personnel vraiment mal aimable. Pas d eau chaude et sale pour le tarif ! La wifi était soit disant "broken" ... Pourtant le signal fonctionnait tres bien. Juste pas envie de nous donner le code. Le lendemain la fille de la réception nous demande 920 rs pour la nourriture. Nous payons. Nous demandons la note seulement apres avoir réglé. Elle s avére être seulement de 720 rs. Nous demandons une explication et elle nous dit qu elle nous a bien demandé 720 rs !!! Pas d écrit donc nous nous sommes fait avoir !! Menteurs et de malhonnêtes !!!!!!! Surtout, n y allez pas !!
