About the hotel: Situated at the center of the Kodaikanal, is a great place to stay and hang around at places like lake and parks. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants just in front of and around the hotel. Our experience: We went with family and stayed for there for 2 nights and have planned for the site seeing on the third day. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage after the check-out with them until we returned in the evening. They also helped us with providing a place to refresh when we returned which we felt a great gesture.

We were given Torn Bed Sheets and the curtains were Molded, we got Stained Towel, No Shower & No Bath Tub, No Carpet, and when we requested some thick blankets we received Dirty Blankets and when asked about the condition of the dirty blankets the manager said that it goes to laundry and comes likes like that and they don't know anything about that. There is no food available in the Hotel & after 10.00 pm there is no room service or front desk available.

Situated just opposite the Kodai International School, next to the Aavin Milk Booth / Centre. Its a Municipal property leased out for private operators. The rooms are very good (spacious) neat and clean and the attendants are very friendly and polite. There is no restaurant facility available but just outside the compound you have a lot of eateries offering a wide variety of cuisines- you can get Chettinad food, you can have Chinese, You can have Tibetan food, you can have burgers and sandwiches, you can have a Punjabi meal and you can have the south indian veg meals. Very very startegically located, the lake is just walking distance, so is the Kodai Club, Coakers Walk, The Bryant Park, The bus stand and the shopping area.

Torn bed sheets, smelly pillows, stained blankets, pile of waste (plastic bottles) view from balcony. Room looks decent in the photos but you won't feel relaxed after entering. In fact there are flies ins the room. It is very late in the night otherwise would have cancelled and went for another hotel. Never coming back here. Not at all happy.
