I come here every month for business meetings and there hotel is very Good for corporates and family Quick service neat and clean rooms A good buffet breakfast and dinner Very close to local market and temple They have all very friendly staff best hotel in amritsar

The hotel amenities is what you would expect from a hotel of their standard what stood is good quality hotel in close proximity to heritage street and the Golden temple allowing is quick visits to both place in a single day There is cope for improvements in the amenity however the fifth star is for Nitin Sharma the hotel manager during day time who ensured a seamless and hassle free experience, he was always smiling and took feedback like it should that is feedback not critique ensuring he gets it improved immediately, also was his genuine nature to help people which says a lot about a person who goes beyond without asking for a reward or return or a good word on travel rating websites The night manager I forget his name was courteous and always available on call regardless of the time especially when a senior citizen required help with temperature in our room and some other miscellaneous activity Recommend going there once
