Dont Expect Much from this Hotel, Just Request at time of check in for any spl service you This Hotel is Good for Traders, Students , Sales person on Bussiness Tour Staff is Good , They are Cooperative. Room size is Small, But Location is Excellent Specially if you have work in Mumbai Metal Trading area or some traditional markets its good Choice They have basic Tea/Coaffe, Eggs to Order Toast There is No Lift in Hotel, But room AC works very Good

The staff was unpolite and unpleasant. I have never seen people like that in hotel before! The room were not very clean, there was bed bugs! There was no window into the room and a bad smell as well. This was the worst hotel I have ever done in my life!

Me with my friends stayed in this Hotel when we were there for SCMM run. Inspite of booking 3 different rooms separately we had to get into long explanation to get 3 different rooms when we arrived for our stay. Hotel reception guys were asking us to take a single big room (101) for 4 of us. We denied coz we were supposed to get ready for our Marathon Run the next day and 4 of us using One bathroom is not possible at all. Sense prevailed and Hotel guys gave 3 rooms. After run we were rushed to vacate the room and happy they gave some time to clean up ourselves. Wifi is good only in rooms closer to Reception.

Falta de profesionalidad y de seriedad. No respetan las reservas online si llegas tarde (entre las 21h) a pesar de prevernirlos. Te proponen "otro hotel" del mismo director y por el mismo precio para no dejarte en la calle tirado. Debido a la hora y el cansancio aceptas. Mayor sorpresa es cuando en plena noche encuentras ratas en la habitación "deluxe". Llamas al servicio, que no responde hasta 2h más tarde. Te cambian de habitación y a la mañana siguiente al salir con la luz del día te encuentras en una calle trasera y con aceras que sirven de vías fecales, el lugar idóneo para las ratas. Anti-higiénico y horrible experiencia. No pudimos visitar la ciudad, ya que tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para nuestra estancia de 3 días. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Nunca vimos al director, y exigimos hablar con él...
