My last trip was Agra City of Taj, everyone expected something better, but I really dis appointed oh this hotel service, before booked they promised many thing, and some add on service also, while we are talking about add service, definitely we expected more as per my money worthy, room was smelling badly, after complained they arranged room freshener, washroom’s equipment was not working properly, had noise issue in hotel corridor, food was good but service was not good. Not well maintain bed cover and pillow it was feeling uncomfortable, and what do your think, is it a standard of any 3/4/5 star hotel, I stayed there two days.

This hotel is too far from Taj Mahal and Agra fort. We have been brought here by our auto driver.The room was neither too clean nor too dirty. The most embarrassing section was bathroom as it was too dirty. forcefully we had locked the door due to annoying smell came from there. For washroom activities we were forced to join another common bathroom.this was really unexpectable stuff for us.Dont want to go in such creepy hotel again.

What a lovely place. It was a pity we were only here just one night as this was the nicest hotel during our Indian adventure. The staff were friendly and attentive, everywhere was clean and shiny, the rooms were of a good quality and very comfortable, the food was good and the considering you are a bit of a captive audience.

When you are in Agra, you would like to see the royalty, come to think of it, Agra has been a royal capital for a large part of the Mughal Empire. This Palace Hotel has abundance of space with large rooms, large grounds and lots of activities . A beautiful stay as it is just 4kms from the Taj and about 6km from the famed Agra Fort. Was here for a destination wedding, absolutely loved the food spread - simple but appetising.
