Hotel is not friendly to foreigners..... after they quoted me a high price, i had some Indians go in and re-negotiate the nightly rate at 1000 rs less. Then we ordered dinner. When bill came, I asked to see Menu. They charged us more on most items and i asked the Manager why. He said" of, those were the old rates. w have higher rates now." I told him: we contracted to buy these items based on the offered contract to sell,, your Menu. You accepted that contract when you delivered the food. To charge more is misrepresentation, negligence and outright fraud". He adjusted the bill; we ssaved 300 rs. Room: AC Remote didnt work. All night didnt know what temperature it was. AC unit leaked. I discovered this when I walked to the bed and slipped badly. Called Front Desk; they put a towel down. Wall discolored from drippings. TV Remote also didnt work despite multiple tweaks from management. No glasses, cup, hangers incloset. Room view is of trash outside that might take someone an hour to clean up. Lazy. For breakfast, the house cat was begging a lot for food. Scrawny cat. It scratched me and jumped on table. Is this allowed? At least the cat didnt gift me with a dead mouse! Hygiene Certificate not posted as stated by law. Staff friendly but substandard. Absolutely no English. Front desk doesnt answer phone. door lock of room broken. Very hard to open and close. Rooms new enough, but walls discolored from water dripping. No AC in common areas like restaurant or checkin. No elevator.
