it was good to stay at this hotel, rooms are spacious and very near from Raipur Railway Station and food quality was also good, all the staff at hotel has smile on their face while they serve you, manager of the hotel was also nice

Enjoyed our stay for a week at the hotel, with our friends and family. The hotel provided good facilities, from clean rooms, proper and timely house keeping services, to adapting with our schedules to provide early breakfast and packed lunch on several occasions. I would like to Thank the General Manager, Mr.Manthosh and Mr. Yogesh for helping us have a comfortable stay at the hotel. Would surely recommended this hotel to my friends and relatives. We stayed for a week's time in the hotel and we had a great time. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful especially since we were a big ground of 14 students, 2 coaches and 2 parents. The rooms were of considerable size with maximum comfort. The hotel was overall clean at all times and had a lovely ambience. The housekeeping and room service facilities were also impressive. A special thanks goes to the Mr. Manthosh and Mr. Yogesh who were always ready to see to our requirements. Coming from the comfort of daily lives in Abu Dhabi, I can say with good faith that Hotel Royal Ambience served as our home away from home.

I stayed here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay inspite of initial hiccups during the check in. When I entered the hotel the lift was not working, neither the dth was working and above all the remote control was also not working. But then too, the quality of food served was good. Buffet breakfast was also nice and service was quite efficient. Staff was quite efficient to handle any sort of complaints.

Overall it was a good experience. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Room quality was also fine. Though some of the facilities were not working such as jet in the bathroom was leaking (house keeping ignored it, I didn't mind either so didn't push for it), AC and TV were initially not working but when I called the reception they got it fixed immediately and electric kettle didn't have the base it was just the kettle so I couldn't use it (which didn't get replace for my day long stay even after two reminders, again I didn't bother that much so was fine). The buffet spread was decent in variety and taste, though for the price I felt it was a bit expensive (considering cities like Delhi give more variety in the same price range)
