Vallet just for show . No parking and no one from staff would help. Rude staff and unprofessional behaviour. Not recommended. Many better choices available in area. Pathetic service. Had to park 200 mt away and check me by walking as no one from valletavailable.

Cockroaches in the room. AC dripping and body. Breakfast was promised at 7:30, but not ready until 8. No apology offered. "Aadha ghanta toh chalta hai" was their response. No vegan options in the menu.

This is one of the best hotel options in Gorakhpur..We were really impressed by their services. The hotel staffs were so friendly and treated us very nicely. We spent a night here when we were traveling to a city nearby.

Rooms are so small that you would never feel completely inside the room. No windows, feel claustrophobic as alley also is dimly lit. you may spend a night here but anything beyond, please do at your health risk.
