Very bad condition having termites lizards dirty bed sheets stingy sell and it is not even one star, hotel staff are very rude and GM Kranthi doesn't know hoe to deal with clients Such a nasty hotel and it was night mare to all family ( total 4 rooms for 11 people)

ONLY FRESH AIR SOURCE inside rooms is the AC. All windows are tightly sealed with glass. But then, not all ACs are working, I had to change my room. Guests with any kind of breathing problem or asthma or heart patients - beware! You may feel suffocation. EVEN TO BREATHE FRESH AIR - GO TO TERRACE OR GET OUTSIDE OF HOTEL, yes, the corridors are tightly glass sealed. Now, about my personal experience. My first step into my room revealed that the AC isn't cooling and there's foul odor due to reasons stated above. They changed the room; the AC worked for the first two days, then the last two days were horrible. AC stopped working, they didn't repair it & didn't change my room. I tried my best to seek answers for how am I supposed to breathe in a non-AC room whose windows don't open. Should I sleep with the room door open at night? They were silent. Staff were so shameless that they didn't hesitate to ask for tips during checkout. Forget about compensating for the problem which they couldn't solve. I paid for AC rooms for four nights, but actually lived two nights in non-AC suffocating room! So friends, all that glitters isn't gold (location factor, RK Beach etc.). If you're lucky, then good, otherwise be prepared for a hell-like experience. Don't argue, they're terribly rude and highly insensitive people. And also in drunken state at night. Oh! There's no in-house kitchen. You have to dine outside or take help of Swiggy or Zomato. SMOKERS STAY AWAY from here, NO SMOKING inside rooms or corridors. Go to terrace or get yourself out of the hotel - to smoke. (No smoking in public places, restricted in public, 5 years ago. People from other states, please note this point.)

There is no ventilation in room, for 2 days AC didnot work from 1:30 am, we got suffocated, windows are sealed like cage , stuffs are just cleaning stuffs, they do all work, they didn't provide us another room even, Better try to avoid this hotel, otherwise be prepared for all nasty things at night.

Stayed at the front side rooms. Nice location on the seafront. Though the room and the bath could be a bit larger, the bed was large. View from the rooms were splendid. Basement car parking facility available for the boarders, if they arrive by car. Nice complementary breakfast. They also encourage you to visit their rooftop area, where you are welcome to sit and enjoy the breeze and the view of the sea. I shall recommend this hotel.

We booked the hotel after going through the reviews as we wanted a beach side hotel from where we can enjoy the sea and the sunrise. As we planned so we acted. The rio beach hotel gives you a beautiful clear view of the RK beach . You can enjoy the sunrise from your bed sipping on your cup of morning coffee. What else do you need?? The guys in the reception were quite helpful in most of the times. They don’t have an in-house restaurant, but will provide you the cutlery and dish for free if you order your food from zomato. Few things that needed improvement- 1. No WiFi network from your room (we stayed in 314). 2. The room key never worked. So every time we moved into the hotel, we have to ask for the master key. 3. The parking is a headache. They have dedicated parking lot in the basement, but the front of it is always crowded with number of parked cars. We checked in in the late evening of Sunday and had to keep our car in the open common space till late night when the way to the basement parking was cleared. So, this is a real nuisance and the guards are least helpful. 4. Language is a real issue !! Apart from the front desk guys the staff don’t speak Hindi or English... so you need to be an expert in sign language 😂 5. The glass window doesn’t open nor there is any balcony, which would have been great to enjoy the sea more.
