This is our second time staying at Hotel Residency, it was great the first time, even better the second time. Apart from the great safe location (15 mins walk from the train station, 20 mins walk to the Gateway of India), the staff are amazing. The staff are always genuinely happy to see you, and more than happy to help you with anything you need. Whether it's just information, organising transport or just making your stay the best experience they can, they will help. The morning breakfast is great, perfect for either a western style or true Indian experience.

This is truly the best hotel to stay in! The staff are so incredibly friendly, it made our entire experience wonderful. And especially the concierge, Rajesh, was simply amazing! Whatever we needed or any questions we had he would sort it for us. We will 100% come back again!

I stayed at this hotel for the third time in March 2024 and it was just as amazing as the previous two occasions (2014 and 2018). This time, too, they recognized me the second I stepped into the lobby. The staff are fantastic, helpful and with a big smile on their faces. Unfortunately the restaurant was no longer open (except for breakfast) but I got tips on other restaurants nearby. Thank you for another pleasant stay with you. See you next time I'm in Mumbai.
