It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. So nice check in and check out reception was so nice spaces and good staff first Impression so nice.

Arrived in our hotel. And maybe it is the Indian way. Leave the sheets from previous guests. Only after complaining received real clean sheets and pillowcases. But over all arrogant reception only the housekeeping manager was reasonably friendly. But man do they all smell of old sweat. Btw the rooms are really noisy. You can hear the guest in the other room just talking.

Stayed in the hotel with two rooms and a family of 4 adults, 01 infant and 01 child below the age of 2 years. Ordered for a glass of hot milk which was charged at a rate of INR 157.50 AI which should have ideally been free considering it was for an infant, however we didn’t mind paying charges for the same. On the other hand, last night before leaving we ordered for a glass of sweet lassi, which was for just INR 75 AI. Can someone please help me understand how is this justified ? The front desk staff too was shocked and said it’s unreasonable!! Zero senior management at the hotel to have this highlighted to. Why are you cheating your consumers ??
