Go for hotel Regal if you are on a regular gwalior trip or trying to balance the budget.. stay was good and service was ok.. if you go there with low expectations, you will feel like a good deal.. be sure about best deal before booking..

I booked this hotel because of its location. It is located near Bhoolbagh Chauraha where many parks including Gwalior zoo are situated. The room of the hotel was average. The cleanliness was OK. Service was not upto the mark. OK for short stay.

It's centrally located but u have to cross a bar to get to your rooms.. Please avoid with family and also for business as at night the bar is operative and that too of not a good quality.. For access to rooms on the first floor u have to cross the open bar.. Which h is on the terrace.. Food and services are pathetic.. Avoid

I found this hotel on clear trip and took a chance to book the hotel, as there were no reviews for this hotel at all. Now I know why nobody have reviewed this hotel. The cleanliness is really poor in this hotel so was the professionalism. They do behave properly with the customer but there are a lot of arguments that happened right in front of you which I was not quite impressed with. There is no hot water facility inside the room you would have to ask them and they would fill the bucket and deliver it to you. The soap is not available the one that is available is very poor quality, so is the towel. The quality of the bed is not very good. You talk about patio on their website but it's not to the mark. There is no Wi-Fi facility. On the other hand only few positive things I could find is they do have AC rooms which are very good price if you book them online. They do have TVs inside the room with few good English channels. Location of this hotel is good and very near to the Gwalior Fort Vicinity. Auto will charge you Rs.40-Rs.50 to get to the fort. There is a lot of competition here so you have the upper hand in bargaining the price with Auto. This hotel is also near to the railway station takes you around 15 minutes to reach here. Also close to a shopping mall. Bottom line is not a good hotel if you want to just dump your stuff and go around in the city you can book this hotel but preferably don't think of choosing this one as I am quite disappointed myself.
