Totally disappointed, the staff is worst. The manager is totally rude and should learn some manners on how to talk to women and customers. When we left the room someone from staff had a nice time with a cigarette in our room and when complained they did not agree to it. Worst behaviour from hotel staff and would not even give 1 star if possible. Can't believe Goibibo recommend this hotel which is no more than any local homestay! Cleanliness?? There is none - definitely not sanitized. Doors?? - not working - tried 3 rooms and all same.

Actually visited this hotel many times but only to eat and to swim . The swimming pool is well maintained (no so good but yeah it's clean). They have a rooftop swimming pool and so there are tall buildings surrounding the hotel where people can see you easily( in your swimming trunks ). Apart from that , the restaurant is beautiful but the service we got was worse . Had to wait for more than an hour. As students staying in hostel , we got late due to their poor service . So didn't get time to eat well . But the management took the responsibility to talk to our hostel managers once we got back . Overall a good experience. Plus the hotel owns a very cute dog .

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at Rallentino. The staff here is very kind & helpful.The foo is good & as well as the ambiance is great. Will diff recommend this hotel to family & friends. great location too.

The Hotel has got very good location near railway station. Rooms are really good but the room linen needs to be changed. towels are not soft and color is faded. Food is delicious . Room service and other staff is very good in hospitality and they cooperated in every call. Thanks to General Manager Mr. Siddharth who is himself in front to give personalize touch to every guest (As I felt). Good personality for hospitality and ever smile face. Thank you all for your hospitality and good luck.

Hotel has a great location. They have maintained hotel very well, rooms are great and food is too good. Restaurant needs to upgrade in terms of ambience. Staff is very attentive and co-operative. Special thanks to "Mr. Siddharth (General Manager)" who personally look in to the comfort of every guest. :)
