scam alert - hotel people are scamming for advance payment and then refusing by saying booking employee has left job . wvwn same no was provided i google and same website . Scammers Name - Shubham Pandey and ShivShankar (Reception) even after mailing them multiple time about payment they refused saying that has has left and being abusive

Hotem locted main city qnd MY frnd asked me to stqy here. But quality was not up to the mark. Stqgf are frienwly qnd helpfull'bjt still neew to focus in service standard. Dont expect much expect.... Itd ok

It was a horrible experience ever I had. A hotel at prime location is spoiling by its front office staff. They are behaving very rudely to customers and the service is very poor. During my stay for 2days 4 Hrs. The rooms was never cleaned or even changed the bed sheet. But they charged me for 3 days fully including additional bed for my kid. The service of the restaurant also very slow and poor. Management has to seriously look into this

Rajmahal hotel not worth for money. Service too bad. I had ordered a tea got it 45 min later and the tea was absolutely not good for nothing . That was cool tea 🤦🏻‍♀️ They have a good property but they don’t maintain it well. We found insects in the room. I never prefer to anyone

Stayed at this property a few times until I discovered a perfect place for me . For the quality that is offered the price is very high. Moreover, it is situated in such a place that you have to go round due to one way to enter the hotel if you have a vehicle in the busy majestic area. They have parking facility in the hotel. Lot of eating places nearby. The rooms are dated and the TV is outdated. The wifi is also poor. Would not recommend the hotel.
