The overall experience was good in many aspects. However, I was very disappointed with the food service. Most of the items listed on the menu were unavailable, and to make matters worse, outside food was not allowed. I had to request and convince the management to permit food from outside, as their own restaurant had hardly anything to offer. Even after that, I was asked to go all the way to the reception to collect my food, which was quite inconvenient. This part of the experience really needs improvement.

Hotel was OK but bathroom needed updating. Staff were pleasent. Very disappointed to have to queue in the foyer for 20minutes to go into breakfast. I have stayed in 4&5 star hotels all over the world and never queued for any meal before. I complained but was simply told the hotel was full and very busy. I suggest consideration is given to operating a booking system when that busy. I will not be staying at the hotel again.

The stay was awesome. The staff was very cooperative and attentive. Hotel is available with lawn and rooftop swimming pool which is very pleasant. The rooms are pretty good and available with all the amenities. The food tastes really good. Overall it was pleasant stay and memorable one.
