My sincere advise to you all. 1. Don’t do hotel bookings from Booking.com 2. DO NOT book room in HOTEL RAINBOW rather get a better deal to opposite Hotel ELITE. Why am I saying this, please read my pathetic experience and find out. I prefer to cal it act of cheating from Hotel Rainbow and website/App Booking.com Both entities together cheating customer and declaiming it as Local Hotel Rules. I booked the room in Hotel Rainbow with complementary breakfast via Booking.com and requested for early Check-in. Hotel accepted my request for early check-in. I checked in at 0700am and checked out at 1530hrs. I have been charged for whole day and I have no issues with that. I paid 2462/- including taxes for 08.30 hours. I am fine with that. This charges included the Complementary breakfast and I ordered for complementary breakfast at 0800hrs, for which, to my surprise, I have been charged 526/- stating that I should eat my breakfast next day in morning. Despite the fact that I paid for complementary breakfast and stayed for 1/3 time. Receptionist (Name Mr. Upendra) acted as if police officer and didn’t bothered to listen. In Hospitality industry, this is worst experience which I had. I was forced to pay twice for same service. I just hope, my feedback may save someone before he/she get fooled by this.

Stayed for 10 nights - was late check in due to my flight schedule. I called them ahead of time and hotel staff took care of my check in procedure. It was wonderful stay nothing much to complain. Had some issue with housekeeping service, didn't got one perhaps in India the housekeeping service policies are different compare to USA. But it didn't bothered me much as I was by myself and it all worked out great. Heard about there restaurant on site but never got time to try once. Room Service called me everyday for any orders but again I was busy with my schedule. Very good hotel. If I visit again same area, surely I will stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for a night stay while starting our trip to Mussoorie & Gangotri. Location: this hotel is near to railway station & close to market.Although we checked out in the morning itself but can see all necesay stores near by the hotel.The gate is a bit interior so you need to call hotel guys once you reach there.They have Valle parking bcoz the parking area is at the back of hotel in a ground. Rooms : Rooms are average.Bathrooms are very small but one night stay it doesn't matter.Every room has a small balcony which is accessible if you want to. Food : Food is good.Morning breakfast has a god spread. Service : The person at reception is very polite & helping nature.Staffs with whom we have interacted everyone was very polite & gentle Should recommend for a night stay.

Good hotel to stay. Very comfortable. Good one to stay on a business trip. In the middle of city near to railway station. Can get transport very easily. Good food and cooperative people. Worth staying if you are having budget of 2000.

Very Poor Service, Negative mentality of the staff and aggressive behavior. Room not cleaned despite reminders. Bathroom gets flooded when you take a bath. toiletries,towels must be requested all the time and are not replenished. WIFI doesn't work
