This Hotel is well equipped and clean. The staffs is very nice and they provided the good hospitality. Its really amazing if you come to Kashmir you shouldn't missed this place. I recommend this place to stay.

4 stars for the Location.... only that much. The management needs to take a serious note why as to a hotel ,with so good a potential and location cannot bloom into a professional one. I felt it has accepted the defeat out of the challenges offered from the rest , either the staff are under-empowered otherwise the peace , tranquility and the quality of travelers , have taken a great toll on the management as such who stammers to take the call. For a serious hotelier in business an in depth analyses is evident, otherwise please sell it out to someone who can take this through. This is a mixed place for haves but have nots , every thing half heartedly attempted , be it the interiors , or the customer attention , or room service or front desk management or the housekeeping or else, what not.... I am disappointed with the untold attitude....thats all Otherwise a great place to stay.........................

I am late in writing a review as i stayed here in June 2016. Location-wise, the hotel is just on the Dal Lake, at the beginning of it rather. It is a huge property but the maintenance is not good. Gives you a kind of shabby feeling. Service, food, etc everything is average. There would be better options to stay in Srinagar I am sure.

This hotel is just in front of Dal lake. Very supportive and cooperative staff. The best thing is that all the rooms face the Dal lake. Food is good, but ensure that you inform them in advance. They help you with the child needs like food, warm water etc Overall a welcoming stay

Let me tell people that its not even worth spending 1 night in the hotel. Had a very bad experience right from entering the hotel to the exit. Rooms were cleaned only after telling the staff for about an hour.Facilities were not as mentioned by other people at trip advisor. Will not recommend to other fellow tourists
