The Christmas lunch we ordered was excellent. Chef Rajib is really very good. The meals he made were awesome...everything we ordered, Rajib made it perfectly. And it was timely delivered and served even though there were so many items we ordered from the menu Highly recommending their services . Thank you Polo Orchid

One of the Worst hotel in Tura. My stay at this hotel was a disappointment. I paid Rs. 5000/- for a one-day stay, but the room quality was poor, the staff was unresponsive, and the service was extremely bad. The food was subpar and overpriced, and booking through other websites was troublesome. Maintenance issues, high laundry costs, and limited breakfast options added to the frustration. I can't recommend this hotel; it's better to opt for a more budget-friendly and hospitable homestay instead.

Best in Tura and thank you Rajib Hotel ka Chef very much for good 🍲 food. Hotel staff also very good and friendly and very helpful. Comparing other hotel very good. Room is with AC good and clean as well as bathroom too and for price it fits. Thank You for good service
