Stayed in their newly renovated suite. great value for money pity that the restaurant in the property was not operating. apart from that everything was good. the manager at the reception was very helpful in all the possible ways. Would recommend to anybody looking to stay in the heart of the city for short periods.

I stayed for 2 days with wife, it was very good stay considering it was a budget hotel. Cleanliness was good, Room Service and ordered food was good. Nice & pleasant stay, looking forward to visit again.

the hotel is located in central area and easily approachable but service was horrible,no right and proper guidance.room was smelly and toilet door was not getting closed properly.maintenance issues observed too much.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel but was soured by their travel desk. The 1800 rupee taxi ride to Puducherry was quoted to us at a ridiculous 5000 rupees - a total ripoff. The food is subpar and location not great (right on the main road) but the restaurant a few doors down is excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable.

I have booked a room there for 6th October through online booking.com. I was shocked when they offered me so dirty room. Wifi was not working. The staff behaved so rudely even they don't know how to talk or entertain a guest. Charging so many extra amount and taxes. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. -1* I will give
