The reservation head Sania is pretty much ignorant & needs to be educated on the way to read booking e-mails... We had sent a booking for our guest & she was unable to interpret / read the mail resulting in her arrogant attitude being displayed at large.....unwilling to accept the mistake of her & her staff...... The management needs to train and educate the reservation team at large & ask atleast the heads of the team to be polite and learn if at fault. Please ask Sania before you type an email FOR A BOOKING & she should be able to educate you on how to type and what to write....her comprehension is unique, something only which she can understand.....

We stayed for 2 nights, but it was a mistake staying there. We got a club room thinking this would be good but it was dirty, the floor was marked, the rug was dusty. I asked for extra pillows which they gave, the housekeeping got pillows & gave us the pillow cases to put on. I wished I hadn’t seen the pillows as they had stains. The sink in the bathroom needs replacing. The bath wash container was empty, when asked to fill it , i was told that the hotel had run out. Lastly the breakfast was a joke. My husband asked for toast, when this arrived it was burn on one side where they had scraped the burn bit & other side was uncooked.

I am so disappointed for staying in this hotel. This is my 2nd visit and stayed for 6 nights. Daily same food, dosa , saambar. No quality food for an international travellers. 99% they make as indian preferred. No manager in front office listen, in fact he teaches me that I cannot complaint I can only tell my opinion. ZERO curtacy to apologise and the manager was so rude. They charge a thundering price for bed and breakfast and just 2 type of cut fruits. All 6 days same papaya and water melon. Main food all 6 days dosa and saambar. Very bad attitude towards the client. I was staying in room number 356.

GOOD STAY but needs improvement Property is located in a well connected place. Food is good. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast time is 7.30 onwards. we waited for breakfast in restaurant. They didn't even switch on the lights. We requested for Tea, which was not served till 7.40. We left without tea or breakfast as we were having an international flight.
