Pathetic...and only try by reception and restaurant staff is make a high bill for you without zero hospitality. Worst food taste and quality, as we ordered biryani but they kinda provided us was khichdi... staff at reception just sitting there thinking they made fool of the guest by charging them high bill. Even it's not a hotel but apartment, you will feel u are in another room at your home.

Restaurant staff is pathetic. My dinner was included in stay. Paid extra. There was no buffet. Got very less quantity of food served. Behaviour was not good. Breakfast was very bad, ordered lunch in room, food was nice but for a 20 rupees water bottle they charged 80. Only good thing was live music during dinner. Singer was good and pleasant. Front desk was good except for a fat person who was sort of rude. This hotel is not recommended.

Lobby Area was good but staff has no manners. They have full on attitude. Rooms are not maintained properly . Buffet breakfast was very pathetic. No verieties in buffet breakfast and plates are dirty. There is no name tags in buffet area and other live options. Very poor

the hotel was very poorly maintained. The staff were not friendly at all and even rude. The air conditioner wasnt working. the sheets were dirty. The light switch arent working. Please.. do some maintenance

Regret booking this place . Horrible experience with AC not working . Front end staff was like sir it’s winter hence why do you need an AC . So basically you charge us for an AC room whereas it just doesn’t work at all . Breakfast was also basic and not something worth it in a place like Chandigarh . Better to avoid this Hotel at all costs I feel .
